Virtual Terminal

The Virtual Terminal accepts payments via cards and direct debit over phone or email quickly and easily.

It is mandatory to have your branding configured in order to use the Virtual Terminal. Please see Branding Configuration for more details.

Customer Information:

In the Customer Information pane, enter the customer details such as: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Payment Information

The customers can either chose to pay by using the following two options: Credit/Debit Card OR Direct Debit eCheck(ACH)

Pay by Credit/Debit Card

Enter the following details to make the payment via Credit/Debit Card:

  1. In the Payment Information, enter Payment Amount and Payment Description.

  2. In Pay With pane, select Credit/Debit Card

  3. In the Enter Card Details pane, enter the information such as: To Amount, Transaction Type, Card Holder Type, Card Holder Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, Security Code, Country, and Zip Code.

  4. Click Pay.

  5. Once the payment is made, you can perform actions such as: Process Another Transaction, View Receipt, View Transaction Details, Print Receipt, share the receipt via SMS or Email.

Pay by Direct Debit eCheck(ACH)

Enter the following details to make the payment via Direct Debit eCheck(ACH) Card:

  1. In the Payment Information, enter Payment Amount and Payment Description.

  2. In Pay With pane, select Direct Debit eCheck(ACH)

  3. In the Enter Bank Details pane, enter the information such as: To Amount, Transaction Type, Account Holder Name, Account Type, Bank Account Number, Routing Number, Address, City, Country, and Zip Code.

  4. Click Pay.

  5. Once the payment is made, you can perform actions such as: Process Another Transaction, View Receipt, View Transaction Details, Print Receipt, share the receipt via SMS or Email.

Virtual Terminal Settings

You can configure your Virtual Terminal experience and determine which fields should be visible and required while submitting a transaction.

Select all that apply to you under Consumer Information, Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Payment Information and click Save.

Note: You can not edit the mandatory fields which are defined by default.
