Customize Invoices

In the Business Portal, you can configure the invoice/email branding for your customers. As you start editing the fields, you can also preview how the receipt looks like on the right-hand side. The following brand settings are available:

  • Brand Logo URL

  • Accent Colors (used for headers/footers and buttons in email invoices)

  • Address

  • Web URL

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Social media links (for email invoices)

Configure Virtual Terminal Invoices

To use the Virtual Terminal feature in Business Portal, you must configure the template of how the invoices/receipts look like. You can add items like your business logo, URL, website, phone number, and social media links.

To configure the invoice/receipt template:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Branding Configurations page.

  2. Select Invoice/receipt tab.

  3. In the Logo URL field, specify the URL for your brand image.

  4. In the Merchant Address field, add/update the merchant address. You can enter up to 200 characters in this field.

  5. In the Customize Help Links section, select the fields that you want in the invoice/receipt. Once you select a field, you can specify the URL. You can specify the URLs for Web, Phone, and Email.

  6. Click Save.

Customize Email/Digital Invoices

To use the Digital Invoicing feature in Business Portal, you must configure the layout of how the digital invoice looks like.

To configure the Email receipt template:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Branding Configurations page.

  2. Select the Email tab.

  1. In the Account Settings area, specify the image, address, and hyperlinks of your brand.

  2. In the Logo URL field, specify the URL for the brand.

  3. Select the Show or Hide Powered by Paysafe field to show the image in the email receipt. If you clear the check box, the powered by Paysafe image does not appear in the email receipt.

  4. In the Colors field, select the primary color and button font color. You can also change the Header and Footer background colors and the font colors.

  5. Expand the Content & Links field, and specify the required URLs. To enable a social media link, select the check box and specify the URL. If you do not select a check box, the URL does not appear in the email receipt.

  6. In the Customize Help Links section, you can add the hyperlinks for Help, Contact Us, and FAQ section.

  7. In the Customize Footer Text section, specify the text you want to show in the portal. You can also preview the text in the right-side Preview area as you are editing it.

  8. Click Save.
