Bad Bin API

A Bad Bin API returns the probability of card transaction failure in percentage terms. This value is called the decline rate. Using decline rate and merchant threshold value (passed in request), API returns whether BIN is bad or not.

Bad bin API functionality applies only to Card Payment and iGaming merchants.
