Virtual Terminal

A Virtual Terminal is a secure web page inside the Business Portal where you can process payments online. With Virtual Terminal, you can digitally accept payments using cards or ACH payments over the phone or by email from your customers. To process transactions, all you have to do is enter information relating to your customer and the chosen payment method into the Virtual Terminal page.

You can:

• Process debit or credit card transactions, including purchases and authorizations.
• Process ACH payments.
• Email receipts to your customers, or send SMS confirmation messages on successful payment.
• Configure your own branding and virtual terminal experience.
