Customer Change Notifications

Introduction

For risk and compliance reasons Embedded Wallets system needs to be notified of details regarding customer changes happening outside of the wallet system.

Such information allows us to minimize the risks of money loss in cases of fraud or account takeover.

Partners are required to implement all the required notifications when using the Embedded Wallets solution.

Password Change Notification

Customer credentials are not stored in Embedded Wallets. When customers using embedded wallets are changing their credentials a notification must be sent, so suspicious activities can be detected.

The notification contains the date of the password change and needs to be sent as soon as the password change has happened.
